"Bay Spring Middle School (BSMS) is in its 23rd year of existence and is situated on a 36.6-acre campus on GA Highway 61. The school is across from the Villa Rica Sports Complex. BSMS is one of the county's largest middle schools with over 900 students in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th.

  Bay Springs Middle is a part of the Villa Rica community - We Are VR! Ithica Elementary, Sand Hill Elementary, and Sharp Creek Elementary feed into BSMS. The majority of BSMS students attend Villa Rica High School after 8th grade.

  The Arts, Athletics, and Academics guide the curriculum at Bay Springs. Our goal is that every student has a premier learning experience and is able to find the area in which they fit in best. We offer a variety of clubs, sports, and activities to our students.

  A dedicated staff serves the students at BSMS. The staff consists of Brad Corbett (principal), Leisha Sauls and Kisha Mitchell (assistant principals), 60 teachers, and an additional 20 member support staff.  We are committed to changing lives in a positive way, and we strive daily to create a warm and welcoming environment where students are the focus."
